The Birth of The Church - Part 2 - Empowering The Church
In the second part of his series on The Acts of The Apostles, David discusses The Holy Spirit's empowering of The Early Church as recounted in Acts 2, and relates that empowerment to our own indwelling by The Holy Spirit. Pastor Fresch notes that there is a difference between being baptized in The Spirit and being filled with The Spirit, and asks us to consider where we are. Perhaps we have The Holy Spirit, but does The Holy Spirit "have" us? Do we desire to be filled with The Spirit?
